皆様、こんにちは。
現在１００ページぐらいの原稿（ワード形式）をＷｏｒｄｆａｓｔを使って訳しています。しかし、このソフトがルビのついている文字列を認識しないのでルビを消さなければなりません。
どうすれば原稿のすべてのルビを一編に消せるのですか。一文ずつまでできていますがそれ以上うまく行きません。
誰かやり方を知っていれば教えてください。

I hope you can read English and find the corresponding menus and buttons if you have the Japanese version of Word. (If not I will repost in Japanese.)
1. In Word, select the entire text by Ctrl+A or using Edit->Select All.
2. Go to the Format menu and select Asian Layout->Phonetic Guide.
3. In the window that opens, click the "Remove All" button, that is the third from the top on the right.
4. Click OK
You should be done.

Thank you for taking the time to answer and for the detailed explanation.
I'm currently working with the Japanese version of Word 2003 which means that, yes, my menus are in Japanese.
I did as follows (hope I didn't confuse the corresponding menus and buttons):
1-Selected all (Ctrl+A)
2- 書式→拡張書式→ルビ→ルビ削除→すべて変更

shoshiki→kakucho shoshiki→rubi→rubi sakujo→subete henko
This has worked fine for isolated words and sentences, but not for the whole text... (--!)
Do you have the Japanese version of Word, too? If so, could you give me the names of menus and buttons in Japanese? Maybe I'm confusing them.

Hmm.
I tried with a longer text and it seems you are right, Word removes rubi only from the first line of the selected text.
This has probably something to do with the fact that rubi is sort of in a different line above the normal textline.
I will have to do some more investigating, but it may not have a simple solution... A macro could probably be created, or perhaps somebody already did it - have you tried searching the internet for that?

Yes, but so far I've only found references to rubi in words and isolated sentences...will keep trying, anyway.
