Trados2009の返却パッケージの作り方

Trados Studio ２００９ Freelanceで問題が出てしまいました。
どなたか知っている方は教えていただけないでしょうか？

翻訳終了時点で、プロジェクト＞返却パッケージの作成
を選択しようとしましたら、[返却パッケージの作成]がグレー化
していて選択できなくなっていました。

急ぎですが、宜しくお願いします！

Try sending the sdlxliff file instead Jan 23, 2013

Hi Jean,
If the return package option is not available, you can still send the client the sdlxliff file. (This happened to me yesterday. I don't know why the return package option was grayed out, but the client was OK with the sdlxliff file.)
