这里的 people 翻译成员工当然没错，不过，我想请教一下，在文中的其原意是不是指“人”？因为，一般而言，“员工”是不包括管理层的。现在企业都在讲以人为本嘛。

people 不应该单单指员工，industry competence 也应该涵盖的更广。
