Is there anywhere I can find translations of Spanish official documents?

I often need to translate sections from the Civil Code, for example, and in this case I need a translation of the inside back cover of the "Libro de Familia". I could obviously translate it from scratch, and it is only short, but I was wondering if there was an official version in English, or indeed a database containing translations of common official documents.
