Macro research and trading experience having prepared and published reports in both English and Chinese.
In-house translator and (sometimes) reviewer with 10+ years of experience supporting top-ranked European and American investment banks, having participated in dozens of capital markets and M&A deals and handled all kinds of materials required during deal process. Transaction types range from pre-IPO investment, IPO on SEHK and NYSE, follow-on offerings, bond offerings, convertibles, hedging solutions using derivatives to cross-border M&A (APAC, EMEA and LATM) by and to clients from all sectors.
