Transaction types range from pre-IPO investment, IPO on SEHK and NYSE, follow-on offerings, bond offerings, convertibles, hedging solutions using derivatives to cross-border M&A (APAC, EMEA and LATM) by and to clients from all sectors.

M&A (buy-side and sell-side): Australia, Brazil, China, Germany, New Zealand, Poland, United Kingdom, United States, other mineral rich countries in Africa, Oceania and Latin America.

Banks I have worked with, full-time and part-time include (in alphabetical order) ANZ, DB, GS, MS and UBS (with exposure also to banks including BAML, certain boutiques, and Chinese securities firms such as BOCI). Also handled materials from some of the most renowned accounting, PE and law firms and rating agencies through IB transactions. Have knowledge about other financial institutions, including commercial banks, VC, SWF, HF and FO.

Very familiar with the IB translation market - clients, vendors, prices and people.
