I may be assisting a project of translating some custom content for a BMC Remedy (http://www.bmc.com/products/remedy-itsm/it-service-management-suite.html) into Japanese.

However, we are having trouble getting the out-of-the-box Japanese terminology. I.e. the Japanese that is used in BMC Remedy base product. To make the translations of the custom content consistent with the existing Japanese we need this glossary. I can read that it is a matter of doing a language pack export in the Locale Toolkit, but I do not have the development platform, and is struggling with getting someone to help.

So if anyone out there previously have translated something into Japanese for BMC Remedy or for custom extensions for that system, you may have the locale export. Even an older version will be better than nothing. Thanks in advance for any pointers, or pls post here and I will get with you. ▲ Collapse
