Studio 2021 wouldn't deactivate - [197] error - after their suggested fix, now no license available!

Self-service license reset doesn't work - supposedly I've already used it 3 times within the last 12 months (really??!!)
I tried to deactivate off-line, and get a message error too.

According to the published solution, I should delete the license file, and use an additional license key to re-activate.
I did just that, using the extra activation. It did work in a sense that I was able to deactivate - but now my account says ZERO LICENCES available, so the referenced arti... See more

If somebody from their team monitors this forum, could you please offer a real solution to this problem that should never occur in the first place.
At this point, it is about restoring the extra activation.

Reporting the case worked Jan 18, 2023

They have a Customer Service unit now, run from Romania, and it did respond and solved the issue within 15 minutes of reporting it through their channel
