Dear colleagues,

After installing Trados Compatibility and Migration Power Pack Version: 17.0.5.62 on my Trados Studio 2022 17.0.5.14757, I cannot start the application.

I tried to repair Studio and the Power Pack but it didn't work (I tried everything on https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001414) nor could I unin... See more

After installing Trados Compatibility and Migration Power Pack Version: 17.0.5.62 on my Trados Studio 2022 17.0.5.14757, I cannot start the application.

I tried to repair Studio and the Power Pack but it didn't work (I tried everything on https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001414) nor could I uninstall the programs.

Resetting as described in https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001417 didn't work neither.

I also did a system recovery to a date before the installation, but that also didn't help.

Has anybody an idea of what else I can do?
