Question about payment for Trados training Jan 10, 2017

Hi, I'd like to ask you something! I registered for the 'Getting Started' Trados Training that will take place tomorrow, but had to cancel it. Now I wonder, would it be possible to follow this one instead and use the payment I've made for this course on the 19th of January? (instead of cancelling, receiving my payment back and having to pay again). Thanks in advance for your help! Kind regards, Willemijn Biemond

Scheduling of Trados Training Jan 12, 2017

I live in Canada, and notice that this training will start at 3 a.m. my time. Is there any way it could be started later in the day (even 6 am would be an improvement!).

SDL Trados Studio 2017 delivers the same workflow as SDL Trados Studio 2015.

Helen, I can't see a place for taking my name off the list for the Jan. 19 session. Can you do that? I'm going to enrol in the February session.

Hello Paula,

I am glad to know the alternative date works well. I have also removed your training registration from the earlier session as requested.

A site user cannot cancel his/her training registration or payment themselves. To do so, please submit a support request at http://www.proz.com/support/ as suggested at http://www.proz.com/faq/137000#137000
