Problem with WWAs

Hi,

I recently invited my customers to fill in WWAs. One of them now told me he's always getting an error message saying either that he has no ProZ profile (he has) or that I didn't make my WMAs public (did I?).

Who can help?

wwa entry not registred Oct 18, 2006

dear mods,

I have recently received a WWA-entry, but the system doesn't seem to have registered it (yet?). In my Quick Profile Updater, the field No. 14 is still marked as 'not completed' which it shouldn't be, should it?

could anyone clarify please?

Hi Lutz,

There was a bug causing the error that your client was seeing. I located the problem and your client should now be able to make an entry as normal.

Let me know your client has any additional problems.

Hi jokerman,

From the profile updater page, "To be eligible to win the ProZ.com membership, you must obtain at least one WWA (willingness to work again) entry from an outsourcer listed in the Blue Board."
