I am fairly new to all the Proz tools, can anyone help me out please about how to upload Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF files as part of my Proz profile.

As for your question about uploading DOC and/or PDF files, I guess you want to upload your CV. So, open your profile -> go to CV/Resume -> click on Edit -> select the language of your CV (I wish to upload my CV in … [dropdown menu with list of languages]) -> choose whom you would like to make your CV visible to (Show to:) -> browse and upload the file.
