Potential job email notification preference now available

It is now possible to specify whether or not you wish to receive email notification of "potential" jobs, separately from whether you wish to receive notification of actual jobs.

Would it be possible to implement a fonction so that ProZ users can specify:
- one address for receiving job alerts
- potentially a different address for Kudoz alerts
- potentially a different address for Forum alerts

The reason for this is that I would like to receive job alerts immediately, on my main email address.
Whereas I prefer looking at forum and Kudoz alerts when I have some spare time and therefore have them sent to a secondary email address.
