Hi Henry,

I seem to be leaning rather heavily on Proz of late -- with great help being offered by many members of the site, fortunately -- but I always verify the member glossaries first. From this page, when there are No Results Found, the option to Ask the Pros comes up, which I used to click and get to the page now half-filled in for me-- term and language pairs; all I needed to add was the context and tick Easy or Pro and Subject. From this page, when there are No Results Found, the option to Ask the Pros comes up, which I used to click and get to the page now half-filled in for me-- term and language pairs; all I needed to add was the context and tick Easy or Pro and Subject. Thought you should know.

thanks,

Nancy

Hi Nancy,

I just tried it - without any problems; have you tried refreshing the page (F5 on MS Internet Explorer) when that happens? A \"bad page\" error can occur if there\'s a temporary fault in the Internet connection - if your browser stores the message in the cache memory, it will be repeated next time.

If that doesn\'t help, it will make the techies\' life easier if you let them know in advance which browser you\'re using (including the exact version), and wh

HTH - good luck, Ralf

When I do get the page I need, all the layout is layered, text boxes one on top of the other.

This is Netscape, but I\'m not sure which version (How do I verify that?)

Good night for now,

TTY tomorrow.

Thanks,

Nancy

Not 100% sure, since I no longer have Netscape installed, but usually there\'s a menu item in \"Help\" or \"?\" that should say \"Info...\" or \"About...\".

Best, Ralf
