'Notify me if ... more notes' ceased to work?

'Notify me if asker or others add more notes' option for ask the asker:
The check box is checked, but I don't get an email after the asker added info?

I was not aware of this function Dec 6, 2003

and now I cannot locate the box to be checked in Kudoz settings/notifications. Can someone enlighten me please?
