Two instances of this today, both Russian-English questions.

The first one (not sent via KudoZ.NET) is www.proz.com/kudoz/549752.

The second is www.proz.com/kudoz/549866 which was sent through KudoZ.NET. The email appeared in Outlook Express Inbox as a series of question marks, but the message itself was correctly encoded and complete.
However, on the KudoZ page, it was not complete, broke off in the middle of a word and ended in a capital P (or R, if it was still in Cyrillic, but still wrong even if it was).
