grading robot notifies the winner only

Hi,


when a question is graded by its asker all the answerers are notified about the chosen answer; however, this is not the case with autograding.


I consider it a bug as this behaviour is inconsistent, and might be also misleading. I believe it can be easily fixed, probably by modifying the respective script.

I can imagine one can argue that this information is not important because the winner is chosen mechanically. But it is time consuming to incessantly check the old open questions to follow the \"agree rating\" just in case. And before the question is closed I, for instance, cannot place it into the right mailbox.
