Some things break my concentration: Other people interrupting, cars and people screaming down the street, telephones ringing, people watching TV...
That's why I prefer to work at night, when none of these things interfere. Then, nothing breaks my concentration, except that I take breaks on purpose, which end up helping concentration after all.
