- Working with direct clients – how to attract direct clients, managing relations with direct clients, the pros and cons of working with direct clients followed by a Question and Answer session.
- Results of the marketing survey
- Marketing workshop. Participants will have the opportunity to develop their own marketing strategy, rewrite their CV, draft their own brochure, etc. with the help of the speakers.

Saturday evening
7.00: Dinner at Villa Italia, 69-71 Micklegate,York.

Sunday
Approx. 10.30 – 4.00
Trip to Castle Howard
