The civil litigation process in Ontario can be complex but understanding those complexities is critical to translating court pleadings and interpreting the courtroom successfully. In this full-day workshop, an overview of the civil litigation process will be provided, and an in-depth analysis of civil procedure and specific court documents and their significance will be conducted. (The workshop will be presented entirely in English, and will be useful to both translators and interpreters whose language pairs include English.)
