जो अनुवादक हस्ताक्षर और शासन द्वारा पंजीकृत हो, मानपत्रधारक हो (शासकीय पॅनल पर नामांकित हो), उसे कहते है! (यह पंजीकरण या तो भाषा विभाग से प्राप्त होते है या मिनिस्ट्री ऑफ एक्स्टर्नल अफेअर से)

जिस प्रकार कुछ देशों में कुछ विशेष अनुवाद कार्यों हेतु sworn translator की आवश्यकता होती है, उस प्रकार भारत में इस प्रकार की कोई व्यवस्था / प्रणाली / बाध्यता / अनिवार्यता शायद नहीं है।

जिस प्रकार कुछ देशों में कुछ विशेष अनुवाद कार्यों हेतु sworn translator की आवश्यकता होती है, उस प्रकार भारत में इस प्रकार की कोई व्यवस्था / प्रणाली / बाध्यता / अनिवार्यता शायद नहीं है।

We need sworn or certified translation - the original document tied up with the translation and translator´s clause, stamped and signed by the certified translator - one registered in the register usually maintained by the Ministry of justice.

इस पर मैने स्‍पष्‍ट रूप से मना करना ही बेहतर समझा कि "मैं sworn translator नहीं हूं"

फिर भी मन में आया कि आप लोगों से विचार विमर्श कर लूं...
