मित्रों जीमेल पर हमने जो मेल भेजी होती है सर्च करने पर वह तो मिल जाती है। पर जिसने हमें मेल भेजा होता है माने सेंडर की ईमेल नहीं मिल पानी सर्च करने पर। फर्ज कीजिए कि श्रीमान क ने हमें कोई मेल भेजी और हमने उसे डिलीट कर दिया और जब हम सर्च करने जाते हैं तो वह मेल हमें नहीं मिलती मार्गदर्शन करें।

आप Outlook Express या Microsoft Outlook में मेल कॉन्फ़िगर करके लोकल मशीन (कंप्यूटर) पर पढ़ें। Gmail की कॉपी को Gmail पर ही रहने दें। इस तरह मेल Outlook Express या Microsoft Outlook से डिलीट करने पर भी, Gmail पर रहेंगे।
