请教一个固定句式

Not to point out the obvious, but the two different products offer contrasting user experiences, most notably in the operating systems.
网上查了一下，发现Not to point out the obvious, but... 这种句式比比皆是。
请问其意思是不是：显而易见的是.....？
我把上面这句处理成了：
这两款不同的产品提供了形成鲜明对照的使用体验，尤其是在操作系统方面，这点显而易见。
不知是否对头。
