1. 使用谷歌翻译，原文输入繁体，译文可以随便选一个语种；
2.这个时候，原文空白框下显示繁体对应的拼音；
3. 分别把繁体和拼音复制到Excel表格A栏和B栏；
4. 全选 A列和B列；
5. 点击“数据”-》“排序”；
6. 在“主要关键字”下的选择“列B”（对应拼音的一列），然后选择升序；
7. 这个时候，繁体中文就按拼音升序排列了。显示如下：

朝鮮
菲律賓
哥倫比亞
馬來西亞
墨西哥
日本
泰國
香港
新加坡
新西蘭

Now that you mention it, I remember that's how they arranged the order of the Parade of Nations during the 2008 Olympic Games, except that it was done according to the number of strokes of simplified Chinese characters.

Wubi method), then the next character and so on.[citation needed] For example, this placed Australia (澳大利亚) in 202nd position, just ahead of Zambia (赞比亚) because the initial character for “Australia” (澳) is written in 15 strokes, while that for “Zambia” (赞) is written in 16 strokes.
The list seems to be already in the right order, unless Ivan needs to reorder it according to Cantonese pronunciation.

看了其他人的回覆才明白OP的問題。
樓上Jean 的提議不錯，請記住香港普遍不使用拼音。如果真的要排序用筆劃就好了。台灣的話參照Jean的提議。

原谅一下我莫名其妙的提出繁体拼音这一奇怪的说法，弄得大家一头雾水。今天才知繁体一般是按笔画排序的。
