WORD里的很多功能能没用过，到真的需要时，再上网找说明，也许一下子就耗费几个小时还是不明就里。

比如，在WORD上如何设置目录？如何让HEADER 和FOOTER从第3页开始？

大家有没有遇到过这些问题？ 网上有STEP-BY-STEP的说明吗？
