LF Aligner worked brilliantly for me for a time, but now I always get the same error message:

The aligner has run into an error and needs to close. Reason: cannot copy source file (C:/Users****) to output directory: No such file or directory at line 736

I am using LF aligner 4.2. Thanks for any help you can offer.
