1. Driver Management
a. Drivers recruitment
• Does the company have a policy on recruitment (age of drivers, experience, pre-employment interview, previous employer references, driving record, practical driving test)?
• Show the evidence of drivers’ previous safe driving record, oral and written test on knowledge of relevant legislation, psychological aptitude test results.
• Do drivers undergo a comprehensive company induction training programme before customer delivery? (specialist training on handling of emergencies, fire extinguisher, etc., refresher training given, temporary drivers undergo similar tests)
• Is there a system whereby new drivers work under the supervision of a driver/trained?
• Does the company have a policy on medical aspects of fitness to drive and a health screening programme? The required health service contract should be presented.

• I conducenti sono sottoposti ad un programma aziendale di formazione induttiva prima della consegna ai clienti? (formazione specialistica sulla gestione delle emergenze, estintore, ecc., è fornita della formazione di aggiornamento, i conducenti temporanei sono sottoposti a test simili)
• C' è un sistema per cui i nuovi conducenti lavorino sotto la supervisione di un conducente formato?
• L'azienda dispone di una politica sugli aspetti di idoneità alla guida ed un programma di indagine sullo stato di salute?
Il contratto di servizio sanitario necessario deve essere presentato.
