I am a professional freelance translator from English to Spanish (EU) and Spanish (EU) to English, and can proofread texts both into English and into Spanish. I am a native speaker of Spanish who also offers editing, proofreading and localization services.

I am currently seeking freelance work with translation agencies, direct clients and collaboration with any relevant translation teams or individuals.

I hold a Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English, passed in Sheffield, while living in England for over 6 years.

My education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing studies from the University of Cadiz (Spain), and currently studying a MA in Translation and interpreting in the University of Swansea in Wales, United Kingdom.

Due to my university education, linked to Nursing studies and my consecutive 6 years and a half working experience, both in England and Spain, I have gained an invaluable experience in the Healthcare sector having had different roles and and responsibilities.

Among my personal interests, which range from politics (keeping myself up to date with the latest news, financial trends,etc.)to the internet (in which I also spend a considerable amount of time keeping myself informed and contributing to different Nursing forums) . Additional specializations are in my secondary fields of computer s/w and h/w, internet, websites, tourism (brochures and pamphlets) and culinary arts (food descriptions, menus and recipes).
