Unable to connect to GroupShare server

My Trados 2021 and my Trados 2022 are unable to connect to Groupshare server.

The sw returns the following message:
Immagine 2024-11-12 120143

I tried to rename the three files inside the AppData (in C) folder, tried to install a suggested file found on the Internet but no solutions may be possibile.

The client says no problems on their part.

Anyone could help?
