Is there a way to get this keyboard shortcut working in Qt Linguist?

I'm using Windows 10. Keyboard layout: US International

Would it be possible to create an AutoHotkey script to click this item in the Translation toolbar?

Maxprograms' XLIFF Manager Feb 22, 2023

Yesterday I found out that Maxprograms' XLIFF Manager can convert Qt TS files to XLIFF files. You can translated these XLIFF files with your CAT tool of choice.
