1. How can data inputted in Unicode format in Windows 2000 using Input Method editor in Regional settings be converted into HTML?



2. How does data entered using Arial Unicode MS be changed into HTML?

easiest way is to use Trados with Tag Editor for the translation.



Then you have the posibility to save the target file in unicode.



If you want to directly edit html files you have to use an editor with unicode feature. Please note, that you should give the correct meta information for the browser.
