Swedish term
arbetslogik/er
Swedish to English
Social Sciences
Medical: Health Care
group theory
grupper samarbetar sekventiellt och team samarbetar synkront medan den parallella arbetslogiken är en mellanform mellan grupp och team
ett adaptivt växelspel mellan sekventiella, parallella och synkrona arbetslogiker
The direct translation should be work logic or work logics, but it doesn't make sense in English. I don't see work logic listed in any English language sources. Any ideas?

sorry, the first bit of explanation is a bit ambiguous
*parallel work mode* is what can be found in computing
just *work mode* seems to work well in other contexts, not related to computing
just a variant

work practic(es)
practice used here to mean habitual or customary performance; operation: office practice.

Workplace theories (or schools of thought)
My monolingual "Svenska Akademiens ordlista över svenska språket" defines "logik" as "lära om tänkandet." My Norstedt's defines "lära" as "science," "theory" or "theories" -- hence my choice of nouns in the target phrase above. Given that "logik"/"logic" has to do with mental concepts or constructs, "workplace theory/theories" seems like the most logical word choice here.

On second thought, "workplace theory" might work even better in English. It turns out "workplace theory" has turned up 11,900 Google hits, whereas "workplace theories" only produced 449.

Discussion
here is an extract from a newspaper article:
Det gäller att samordna olika system. Vart och ett av dessa har sin specifika och inbyggda målsättning,
arbetslogik, erfarenhet, och rekryteringsprinciper.
I guess the variant work mode would fit well here
Doesn't this suggest something other than work mode?
