This is how you can cross-reference entries in the two tables, by matching up the foreign key in the employee table with the primary key in the service center table. This way you can get a list of all the employees who work in a particular service center. It is concerned with referential integrity, making sure that those cross-references make sense. Otherwise, you could close a service center that still has employees and be left with employees who work in a service center that does not exist. It is a different kind of integrity. Sanity, not honesty, is the concern.
