Swedish term

A-skattare

Swedish to English Bus/Financial Law: Taxation & Customs
Vissa syndikat är s.k. A-skattare eller löshästar har inte aktiebolag utan har inträtt i avtalet med oss som privatpersoner utifrån en registrerad enskild firma.

Would this be "independent contractor" or "freelancer"?

F-skatt Do you also have the term F-skatt/F-skattare? If so, the choice of one of these terms will probably determine what is appropriate for the other.

A-Tax Schedule payrollers

In the UK, on PAYE - pay as you earn and Tax Schedules with cases covering various sources of income: Schedule D for UK sole traders / US sole proprietors and company directors' fee vs. E for 'emoluments' from employment. Schedule A, alas, covering income from land, like rents.
Example sentence:

payroller n. [Informal.] Informal Terms a wage earner, esp. a government employee.

A-skatt är den skatt som dras från löntagares inkomster, direkt av arbetsgivaren. Alla som har en anställning i Sverige, eller får ut pension, ska betala A-skatt. I vissa fall kan *näringsidkare* också betala denna typ av skatt

Wage/Salary earners

Revisiting this, your context reminds me of a company I did a translation for. Their service was to 'employ' individuals doing gigs -- like musicians, and their favorite word 'artists' -- and take care of the tax issues for these people. This way, the individuals didn't have to go through the tedious process of getting an F-tax certificate.
So you contest refers to thee as "regular wage earners and other freelancers" -- that löshästar is pretty much slang ... but 'freelancers' is what the term means.
