Swedish tax laws. No real context, just in a long list of 'bodies' with specific tax liabilities.
Is this 'cooperative housing' or something similar? House if difficult in English because it means a single-family home in English, hence my suggestion of 'housing'.

: no, this would not be correct. In a condominium the owner solely owns the airspace that he occupies and common areas jointly. I don't belive such a legal concept exists in Sweden or Swedish law. Aandelshus = owner has a partial interest in ALL of the p

Med andelshus avses en fastighet som ägs av tre eller flera, antingen direkt eller genom ett svenskt handelsbolag, och som inrymmer eller är avsedd att inrymma bostad i skilda lägenheter åt minst tre delägare (2 kap. 16 § IL).
När man talar om andelshus i inkomstskatterättsliga sammanhang
avses inte småhus. För varje delägare i ett småhus, som i dagligt
tal i vissa fall kan kallas andelshus, ska en prövning göras om
hans innehav är att anse som privatbostadsfastighet eller näringsfastighet enligt vanliga regler.

or "co-operative apartment" if you want to be more clear. If you are referring to the entire building, "co-operative apartmenthouse."
Regarding the points, I'd suggest giving them to hirselina, as that really is a more explainatory answer, and a lot of work went into that.
