Hmm... I got DPO for "Dataskyddsansvarig" as well, but I am not sure that "Data protection officer" will work in this sentence. If you look at the source sentence it seems they are distinguishing between a "Dataskyddsansvarig" and "Dataskyddsombud".

Right, Agneta I have this kind of idea, but simply followed Dave's instructions. But maybe Dave has to rethink this ... there seems to be a lot of misunderstanding out there on terminology and usage, as I got DPO as hits for both 'Dataskyddsombud' and 'Dataskyddsansvarig'. But getting it right is what we do... ;-)

IATE + Directive IATE gives Data Protection Officer for Dataskyddsombud. That word does not occur in the GDPR directive, where Data Protection Officer corresponds to Dataskyddsansvarig.
