I currently have this translated as:
And in the heart as in the heart, love smoulders in it
Always trust it, it wants to beat for you
And love is inflamed until the end of our days
Because of it, I'm always there where you are
But I'm not satisfied with "And in the heart as in the heart" because it doesn't really make sense to me. Any suggestions?

another option - though I'm wondering what your aim is, it seems like you're translating this word for word, without rhyme or rythm. Your original "And in the heart as in the heart" makes as much sense as the original, and if you have set out to translate this word for word (not a common approach to translating poetry) then why not "And in the heart as in the heart"?
