Japanese term

全員100を切らない

Japanese to English Other Sports / Fitness / Recreation Golfing
In golfing world, when no one cuts?? 100, what does it mean, exactly. Is it good, or bad? The 100 here means 100 points?

Thank you.

Nobody scored under 100

You know, a little context would be really useful. If it's golf, then everyone scored 100 or higher.
