English term

kicked it

English to Spanish Other Slang
Are you all worn out from the mad rush or are you pumped for more? From many of the comments from our last Super Saturday post, it seems like many of you kicked it!

Discussion

Francesca Samuel Jun 24, 2009:
"Let's kick it at my aunt's house" = Vamos a "janguear" a casa de mi tía.
"We kicked it together at school" - La pasamos juntos en la escuela.
"You want to kick it with the crew this afternoon?"
Lydia De Jorge Jun 24, 2009:
Are you all worn out from the mad rush... ...it seems like many of you kicked it!
Lydia De Jorge Jun 24, 2009:
to kick I have always known this expression to mean "getting rid of" or "leaving behind" much like "to kick a habit".
Ricardo Obando Jun 24, 2009:
BSNC (X) (asker) Jun 24, 2009:
se trata de un blog post - more context: Did you have as many customers as you anticipated or were you disappointed by the turn out? What were the challenges you faced during this national incentive day?

no estoy seguro...tal vez quieran decir: "dar el puntapié"?
Henry Hinds Jun 24, 2009:

Peer comment(s):
