No encuentro que se use "gradiente de ingresos" ni nada similar... ni siquiera estoy segura de que "gradiente" sea el término correcto en español.

pendiente del ingreso
"Pendiente" in the sense of "slope", ie. slope of the curve relating income to mammography screening. In the source text, they are using "steep [...] gradient" to describe a steep slope.
