motto. Then you can return here for the Japanese translation.

"Reach China, reach success" would be better than "...rich you!"
Though omitting the preposition "for", somehow makes it sound
as if the goal is simply to 'arrive' in China, the tradeoff for the sake
of brevity may be worthwhile. I had in mind...

To be brutally honest, as a native English speaker, I don't
like your company's motto. It's amateurish, broken English.
I strongly suggest nailing the English part first. Just as an
example: "Reach for China, reach for success!"
