English to Japanese Tech/Engineering Photography/Imaging (& Graphic Arts) �ʐ^�v�����g

The Sponge Tool is on the Tools menu bar. It may be hidden by the Dodge or Burn tool. Hold you cursor over the tools to find the name then left click and you'll see the other tools come available. Choose Sponge, then go to the Options toolbar at the top. Choose Saturate and an appropriate brush size. Be careful because each pass of the brush over an area saturates it more.
