交響詩篇,
They say that King David wrote the Psalms of the Bible. So, I think “Psalm” means 詩篇. But if you think another way, “Psalm” may mean 聖歌 or 賛美歌, and I recommend 交響聖歌 or 交響賛美歌 in that case.
