ソリューション主導、ソリューション主導型（の組織、企業）
I also use 英辞朗 and other online dictionaries. Also, check online resources (news, article, whitepaper, etc) to verify whether it is approrpiate to apply the translation found in the dictionary. This process also helps me undetstand the subject better and work more efficiently. Good luck!

: i would choose "ソリューション主導" in this case to make distinction with ソリューション指向 as in the case with a coinage "solution-oriented". -
