Fiscal year ended

Yes, you are correct, but gramatically it would be "ended."

Sorry, I guess you were more interested in the Japanese translation. I forgot to check the languages. Yes, it is 会計年度末.

FYE 2006 can be 05-06年度. There are many ways of expressing it. Incidentally, the way that Japanese and American fiscal years are expressed are different so be careful. You should see if the company has a set way of translating the fiscal years. Some translate it the same either way, but others account for the difference.

agree Takako Whilden : As amysakata first guessed, I think " Fiscal Year End " is good enough.

Thanks. I made a mistake. She was asking for the Japanese translation, for which she was also correct.
agree ykamada : FYE は会計年度末 です。

Thanks :)
agree Minoru Kuwahara : あるいは「会計、会計」と続けるとしつこい感じがするので、訳さないという方法もあります。-

そうですね。文章にすると「年度」だけでいいと思います。
agree sigmalanguage : Literally it means 「2006年に終わった会計年度」, although you never translate it that way.
