Depending on what kind of meat you use for the dish, you can put the meat type in front of ロール(roll). The following is the examples:

ビーフロール (beef)
ポークロール (pork)
チキンロール (chicken)

If you need a general term regardless of the meat type, I think it can be ミートロール(meat roll).

When I searched on Internet, I found some usage of ルラード(¥'roulade¥' writtine in Katakana), some for the meat dish, and some for dessert items.
