A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Le titre est une allusion à l'archer scythe qui se retourne sur son destin slave et ne dirige qu'une partie de son regard en direction de l'Occident :
私訳)タイトルは、視線の一部分のみを西洋に向けながら、スラブの宿命を顧みているスキタイの射手を暗示している。
« À la rencontre de l'Occident, étayées par l'Orient, dans un cataclysme que rien ne pouvait retenir, s'avancent, inondées de la lumière aveuglante de la préhistoire, les couches ataviques, rythmes diluviens, et, en avant, brandissant une lance, se précipite dans un nuage de poussière irisée un cavalier sauvage, un guerrier scythe qui a tourné son visage en arrière et a jeté de la moitié de son œil un regard vers l'Occident - l'archer à un œil et demi. »
この本の引用で、最後の部分ですが、「振り返り、視線の半分を西洋（前の方向）へ向けている残忍な騎兵であるスキタイの戦士、つまり半身の構えの射手…」とあります。西洋文化に影響を受けつつも、スラブ的ルーツに回帰していったロシアの潮流をこのように例えたのではないかと思いますので、ルーツを重視し、完全に前を見ていない、というニュアンスを出すとこうなるのではないかと思います。

Bénédikt Livchits, poète, théoricien et essayiste russe. Il a publié L'archer à un œil et demi (1933) qui relate le développement de l'avant-garde russe.
Le titre est une allusion à l'archer scythe qui se retourne sur son destin slave et ne dirige qu'une partie de son regard en direction de l'Occident :
« À la rencontre de l'Occident, étayées par l'Orient, dans un cataclysme que rien ne pouvait retenir, s'avancent, inondées de la lumière aveuglante de la préhistoire, les couches ataviques, rythmes diluviens, et, en avant, brandissant une lance, se précipite dans un nuage de poussière irisée un cavalier sauvage, un guerrier scythe qui a tourné son visage en arrière et a jeté de la moitié de son œil un regard vers l'Occident - l'archer à un œil et demi. »
L’attrait des artistes de l’avant-garde russe pour le passé scythe est dû en partie à leur passion pour l’archéologie. Livchits, parle dans ses mémoires d'une fouille de kourganes par un des frères Bourliouk :
« Dans d'autres kourganes moins anciens, Vladimir qui s'adonnait avec enthousiasme à des fouilles pendant les mois d'été trouvait des arcs scythiques, des carquois, et il en équipait ses tireurs à un œil dans le combat mortel avec les Parisiennes (allusion aux tableau de Pablo Picasso, Les Demoiselles d'Avignon) décomposées sur les surfaces de base. »
