It is in a recipe for mushroom pie. "1 roll of shortcrust pastry". I'm not quite sure what kind of pastry it is...Ι think it's not "φύλλο κρούστας", because at some point in the text it says that you "spread out the shortcrust pastry in the bottom of the mould and prick it with a fork".

Εχω την εντύπωση ότι η σφολιάτα λέγεται puff pastry στα αγγλικά και αυτό είναι λογικό γιατί φουσκώνει. Νομίζω ότι εδώ ψάχνουμε τη ζύμη για τάρτες ή πίτες που συνήθως είναι μια ζύμη πιο συμπαγής, που δε φουσκώνει όσο η σφολιάτα και τρίβει. Θα έλεγα ότι μοιάζει κάπως με τη ζύμη για την κουρού (οι θεσσαλονικείς θα με καταλάβουν σίγουρα). Είναι το αντίστοιχο της pâte brisée που χρησιμοποιούν οι Γάλλοι για τις τάρτες και τις kiche.
