The measurements and Performance Indicators set forth herein are intended to measure Supply Partner’s performance of the Services.
Supply Partner shall perform the Services at least at the same level and with at least the same degree of accuracy, quality, reliability, completeness, timeliness, responsiveness and efficiency as required by the Agreement. Supply Partner will make best endeavors to significantly improve the quality of the Services over the term of the Agreement.

-Παροχέας υπηρεσίας θα έλεγα αν προσλάμβανα κάποιον π.χ. για να ελέγξει τα υδραυλικά της πολυκατοικίας.
- Εργολάβος θα έλεγα αν ανέθετα σε κάποιον π.χ. να τοποθετήσει όλα τα πλακάκια στα δάπεδα. Δηλαδή του αναθέτω μια εργολαβία. Εγώ θα το έβαζα μεταφράζοντας πιο ελεύθερα.
- Νομίζω ότι ο ανάδοχος αναλαμβάνει συνήθως πιο μεγάλα έργα: π.χ. Μετρό Αθηνών (βλπ. το site που γράφω πιο κάτω). Μάλιστα, μπορεί να συνάψει συμφωνίες με άλλες εταιρίες ή φορείς για τα έργα που πρέπει να πραγματοποιήσει.
