Rolf-Magnus Weddigen is a vise president in Bain & Company’s Munich office. He is head of Bain’s Private Equity practice for Germany. He serves financial investors and corporate clients in large European transactions and helps create shareholder value in portfolio companies. His functional expertise is centered around private equity, venture capital, M&A, corporate and growth strategy development, sales and market optimization, and the development and implementation of full-potential programs. Rolf-Magnus is a graduate in mechanical engineering and business of the Technical University of Karlsruhe and earned an M.B.A. from INSEAD, Fontainebleau.
