我觉得可以翻做「工作邀请」，因为是对特定人选所提供的特定条件，公司提供某些条件，等待对方接受，我认为已经有邀请的意思，邀请该人选在某种条件下进入公司阵营。如此一来 offer letter 自然可以被翻做「工作邀请函」

It depends on how you use it...... I got the job offer or the company offers me the job. Here offer means 录用。 The comany offers good benefits. Here offer means 提供。

An offer is what is made to a candidate for a specific job (eg, the details of the salary, working hours etc..). Wg I have a vacancy or a job which I advertise for. I select candidates. I offer the job to the best candidate. They accept the offer, so are hired and start work.
